CSA appoints ombudsperson

Johannesburg – Cricket South Africa has appointed an ombudsperson, as part of the Cricket Social Justiceand National Building project.

Advocate Dumisa Ntsebeza has been unveiled as the ombudsperson and is set to occupy the position for a period of six months.

His primary responsibility will be to address transformation issues in South African cricket.

He will be engaging the country’s cricket stakeholders, including but not limited to, former players, current players and their representative body, SACA, administrators and sponsors.

Ntsebeza’s been mandated to uplift the women’s game into the cricket mainstream at all levels.
